Matthew Shapiro
Undergraduate at University of Florida
Majors: Physics & Astrophysics
I am presently an undergraduate at the University of Florida double majoring in physics and astrophysics. I am also a member of the Biswas lab conducting research on the formation of electron tunnel junctions in manganite thin films.
Besides the physical sciences, I dabble into music, linguistics, and dentistry. Outside academia, I spend my free time hanging with friends, playing video games, cooking, and baking. Although I recharge by hibernating in my room, I prefer being in the company of friends and family doing most activities.
